there are generally 2 to 3 reasons for mvp 1st , you launch your product way before time and improvise based on feedback rather than your own notion. 2) mvp is fundamental for getting external investments for actual product developement. otherwise you will have to develope all the product yourself , with your own fundings 3)MVP is acceptable with flaws to everyone because they understand you are building. flaws in your product actually mark substantial improvement scope before product is launched. just imagine, you launched a product and it failed because you oversaw a flaw (did not validate) 4) validation is not just about acceptance but scope for improvement. hope this gives you a good reason to validate mvp before actual product.

More than any other social media, reddit and quora are goldmines. This is where people share their actual problems. If you know how to find and utilise this then you can validate your demand even before you build anything.

᠅ Founder Tip: Your MVP should embarrass you Reid Hoffman once said: If you're not embarrassed by your first product, you launched too late. He was right. Here’s why your MVP (Minimum Viable Product) should be fast, ugly, and real: 1. Speed beats
