there are generally 2 to 3 reasons for mvp 1st , you launch your product way before time and improvise based on feedback rather than your own notion. 2) mvp is fundamental for getting external investments for actual product developement. otherwise you will have to develope all the product yourself , with your own fundings 3)MVP is acceptable with flaws to everyone because they understand you are building. flaws in your product actually mark substantial improvement scope before product is launched. just imagine, you launched a product and it failed because you oversaw a flaw (did not validate) 4) validation is not just about acceptance but scope for improvement. hope this gives you a good reason to validate mvp before actual product.
