The maintanence will cost another 2.5-3L including staff salary, electricity and kitchen equipments Let's assume 10 rooms building, lemme explain with your idea 5 rooms are double sharing - fetching 10k each room - 50k 2 room are single sharing earning 10k each room - 20k 3 room triple sharing earning 15k each room - 45k Total revenue of that building will stand around 1.15L Rent of building will be around 60-70k for this 10 room building, electricity bill of minimum 15k . Here itself 85k vanished. Staff salary ? Kitchen food stuffs ? Staff salary minimum 40-50k for atleast 4 members no one would work for 6/7k for a month now. How will you get food stuffs for cooking ? How will you get profit ?
