Hello guys, I have one doubt as taxi services are not allowed if anyone is doing without yellow number plates but if I'm making any app where I'll not register any yellow number plates or commercial vehicle for taking ride I'll just approach private

You'll likely need: aggregator license, driver verification systems, insurance coverage, data protection compliance. Don't assume good intentions = legal exemption.
