You can't build a structure or skyscrapers without a foundation same way for business. 👉 Fix the foundation before scaling. 🧍 Your Team is Your Startup Layoffs, overworked delivery agents, ignored warehouse issues — that’s not growth. That’s decay. When your own employees complain about your company that means your company is a disaster ( you can't make everyone happy but don't make everyone feel like frustrated ) 👉 Culture > Chaos 🎯 Marketing ≠ Reality Great branding can’t fix bad experiences.
