Not Having All the Answers Is Part of the Process One of the weirdest things about being a founder? You start something thinking you’ll figure it out... And every day proves you don’t know much — yet you move forward. I’ve learned to say “I don’t know” without shame. But I also learned to follow it with: 👉 “But I’ll find out.” That mindset has helped me make better decisions than pretending to know everything. Anyone else relate to this? How do you handle uncertainty in your startup journey?

Burnout isn’t about working too much. It’s about: Doing the wrong work Lying to yourself about progress Chasing people you don’t even like Pretending you’re fine Ignoring your wins Work on that, not just your workload.
