Exploring the hustle... • 2d
While deploying my React-based blog site on Netlify, I ran into an annoying issue—everything worked fine locally, but when I refreshed a dynamic route like /blogs/123, I’d get hit with a 404 error. After some digging, I realized it had to do with how Netlify handles routing for single-page apps. It wasn’t intuitive, but once I understood what was missing, the fix was surprisingly simple. I’ve documented the entire experience—what went wrong, how I figured it out, and how I fixed it—in a quick blog post. It might save you a few hours if you ever deploy a SPA to Netlify. 🔗 Read the full blog here Have you faced similar deployment bugs? Let’s talk.
