Yes, the govt could have simply amended the law. And all these would have solved. Good solutions btw. The problem is, lower middle class is seen as cockroach in this country, that's why nothing is done in the first instance. It takes time. Govt is not solution-oriented unlike other first world countries.

Exactly. Government only takes care of the HNI and Ultra Poor (as they form majority of the voting group). Aon, the main changes that needed to made in out country is to firstly improve the political system. Politicians ruling out country don't even have to give any exams. Any random tea seller can became out politician and rule a region.That's the system of our political system. People say that Mr Trump isn't a good leader, but let's not forget that he's a real estate billionaire himself. He got incredible knowledge about buisness and debt. Our leaders our just good at money laundering. Lee Yew transformed Singapore from of the poorest to the among the richest countries in terms of GDP/Capita. This is what we mean by a good leader. Further this comparison is not just for banning bike taxi, it's about how inefficient and terrible our politicians are.
