I guess, he just pivoted too far into tech dreams and lost touch with the core ride-hailing mission. Tho yea, vision is everything, and holding onto it while scaling, facing pressure, and juggling chaos, that’s the real gladiator fight. He just lost the original "why" along the way perhaps.
