Semiconductor sales grew by 2.5% in April 2025, and they couldโ€™ve grown even more if there werenโ€™t still some supply issues in the way. At the moment, Indian companies are a bit behind compared to a few other countries in this space. Some Indian companies are mentioning semiconductors in their updates or annual reports, but weโ€™re not seeing much concrete action or real results yet. Still, thereโ€™s a solid opportunity here for Indian brands to catch up and position themselves strongly. India has also received an invitation to the G7 summit, and semiconductors will be one of the key topics there. Hopefully, this creates a chance for some major global brands to partner with India and start developing semiconductors locally. That could unlock a lot of revenue potential, and it would also give Indian companies the opportunity to collaborate, grow, and build a stronger presence in the global semiconductor industry.
