Lenskart has now registered itself as a public company. Earlier, it was known as Lenskart Solutions Private Limited, but the name has been changed to Lenskart Solutions Limited. The IPO announcement could come any time now. A few months ago there were reports that Lenskart was in talks with some investment bankers about going public. In 2024 they raised their last funding round at a $5 billion valuation. Now, itโll be interesting to see what valuation they aim for with their IPO.
