Bhai, samajh gaya mai tera point. Lekin mera maksad kisi property ya legal document ke T&C mein atakna nahi hai. Mai ek vision-driven founder hoon jo market research, problem-solving, aur innovation pe kaam kar raha hai. Investor chahiye mujhe idea ya product ke dum pe na ki kisi property ke documents ke bharose. Risk lena padta hai, but har risk paisa girvi rakh ke hi nahi hota skills, dedication, aur kaam ka proof bhi risk ka hissa hota hai. Agar kisi investor ko lagta hai ki ek strong founder ke peeche khada hona worth hai, tabhi wo founder banata hai next big thing.
