The system and process is defined in such a way that the app makes profit. - Restaurants in general operate on a good margin but they are pissed when the food aggregator charges them a decent margin to list on their app. - Food delivery executives are gig workers, to pay them more or to ensure a fix salary is paid out either the way the aggregator has to lower the comission charged by them to the restaurant or increase the fees charged to the customer. - Eventually customer has to face the flack because to sustain in the market the aggregator either has to cashburn to be competitve, be ruthless with the gig offered to the drivers or be a high charge comission listed app for the aggregator.
