crypto have high restrictions in India. you can almost treat crypto is illegal in India.

It is not a legal tender to exchange but as long as you declare your investments and pay relevant taxes on it then its good for investments. - You deal with international markets so more chances of profit and even loss too. - You understand the risks involved [Which by default are still there on other investments assets too]

Crypto Tax on gains is 30% in india. Incase of emergency what will you choose? Take loan on crypto and repay loan later or just sell crypto and pay tax or any other options you have?
