this is a legit problem but instead of looking at the brand name and the med. try to get another pocket friendly mass available alternative by searching through the salt name or the complete chemical composition. I have did this multiple time and never faced any problem, the thing is be sure to check it thoroughly for both the suggested and bought meds. as both should match point by point in composition with additional chems. until both doesn't exactly match there might be a problem, with little bit of smartness and alertness you will bring out yourself out of this problem almost 90% of the time.

you can take generic medicine. not required to take the same brand. or course in India there are some spurious manufacturing brands also

just go to a local pharmacy or ask some doctor for a substitute of that medicine...most probably some other company will have the same composition for a different name
