Hi guys.. Ive launched my farmhouse project on the outskirts of Mumbai . it's a beautiful 58 acre property that's situated on the banks of a river.. I'm looking for some funding to tie up some land and execute development work. We are 3 partners and have secured the land thru sale seeds/ Agreement of sales and other forms of documentation with the farmers. We have started sales of the project and have started work on the site . We are open to debt at a fixed rate of interest or liquidation of some stake in the project. As a team we have over 15 yrs of experience in the land business. Our experience is across Sales, finance and operations..and we also have several other opportunities on the table. let me know and we can connect/ meet regarding this.
