In public sector India, even getting back ₹892 can take 3 years and no one takes responsibility. This isn’t about money, it’s about attitude: no urgency, no empathy, no respect. India deserves systems that serve people, not wear them down.

Well said. Empathy is missing, which is the basic etiquette. The reason why the govt. is also privatising many sectors. Pvt companies make themselves more accountable.

Yes, of course, it is. Empathy and compassion MUST be there as a fundamental nature of any company. Being a founder, this is the least the system expect from you. A good company can't be tilted to profit only. If a company can't value other's hard earned money, then how can it expect the customers to put their money in them!?
