They rolled out a full rebrand new uniforms, revamped dine-in spaces, sharper digital storytelling, and redesigned boxes featuring moments from everyday Indian life. The new packaging wasnāt just cost-effective. It was sustainable too. They upped recycled content to 70% and educated customers that even greasy boxes can be recycled. It worked. The brand got leaner, greener, and more relatable reigniting love from customers and driving a turnaround. Sometimes, a cardboard box isnāt just packaging. Itās strategy. Design smart. Think deep.
