While rejecting a bad deal shows courage, walking away from any funding can be a massive risk, especially for earlystage startups. Even if the terms aren't ideal, some capital often beats no capital when you're burning through cash and competing for market share. It's easy to undervalue the momentum and scaling opportunities that even less-than-perfect funding can give. Focusing too much on immediate valuation might miss the bigger picture of sustained growth and market dominance in the long run.
