Hey,
I had an idea about a ai startup for real estate.Everyone has heard of nobroker,housing.com etc which are listing platforms for real estate properties, I wanna do something to disrupt that area. I wanted to make an app unlike nobroker housing.
Do you think it would make more sense to reach to other listing platforms to build a data base or create one from scratch to ensure that I could derive maximum information per listing to ensure that the ai could get better matches?
