Bro it's actually very simple. They have started to allow GIFs in Medial.. Tho, the issue is that you cannot directly upload memes using your keyboard app. Still there's a easy hack. Atleast in Gboard, when you select a GIF, it shows an option to o

Yes ik. But once you click on it, it shows that openin browser button from where you can download it by right clicking and then directly share on Medial.
