Bro it's actually very simple. They have started to allow GIFs in Medial.. Tho, the issue is that you cannot directly upload memes using your keyboard app. Still there's a easy hack. Atleast in Gboard, when you select a GIF, it shows an option to open the link. Click on it, download the gif and then share it on Medial using normal Attach a Photo option. If not this, then you need to search gifs on Google and then download which takes a lot of time.
