Deep Tissue In Vivo Sound Printing (DISP) is a doctors to create artificial tissues, drug depots, or biosensors inside the body without surgery. t surgery.DISP works with specially designed bioink into the desired area. This bioink contains heat-sensitive liposomes filled with crosslinking agents. When focused ultrasound waves are applied to the area, the tissue temperature rises slightly (by ~5°C). This heat causes the liposomes to release the agents, which then trigger polymerization, turning the liquid bioink into solid hydrogel structures. The process is guided in real time using gas vesicles embedded in the bioink, which act as contrast agents for ultrasound imaging. I personally feel this breakthrough is amazing for mankind.. Is it cost effective is the question to be raised.. How well can implementation be done and what could be the success rate, and too many questions to be raised for sure..
