Overconfidence: Many believe they are going to become the next Elon Musk right from the start, without focusing on the basics. 2. Ego and Show-off: There’s often a sense of pride and showmanship that overshadows humility and learning. 3. Lack of Politeness: Some forget the importance of being polite and respectful in professional relationships. 4. Nepotism in Hiring: Instead of hiring skilled professionals, they prefer to assign key roles to friends or relatives, ignoring more capable candidates. 5. Bias and Discrimination: In some cases, there’s favoritism or even caste-based bias, which blinds them from recognizing real talent. Let’s encourage a more open, merit-based.
