yes. I agreed, But we tried in whatsapp too. but whatsapp having limitation like Ui design, Buttons, Live tracking, whatsapp business paid APi and having restriction to integrate full delvery system like Order from customer->Resturants->auto assign to riders->live tracking->delivery to customer and notification to all. Let me explore another options.
