Mark my words YOU CAN'T ELIMINATE OR DELETE ANY HABIT FROM YOUR LIFE BUT YOU CAN REPLACE THAT BAD HABIT WITH GOOD ONES. After applying multiple tactics, strategies to reduce endless scrolling. I found no one literally on one works for long hours. Until you don't have goals and your inner self don't visualise scary things, you can't stop this scrolling. If you also don't want to waste your time on useless methods. Means, if you scroll too much, and wants to change this habit. Simply, note time when you crave or have free time to use mobile. Instead of using mobile, choose something which you love go do. Ofcourse not reading, not writing or learning Something which you love to do Something which hit your dopamine without scrolling. That's how my dear friends you can change your life not in day one but day by day and definitely one day YOU WILL!!!
