Yes it's intentional, I have intentionally designed it similar to that of Instagram this is called Jakob's law in UX design Jakob's law states that users prefer websites and apps to performance similar to the ones they are already familiar with By using this law we designers can utilise established designs and can minimise user learning which will encourage them to switch This was the reason why facebook and Instagram has somewhat similar layout Do you want to suggest something else or do you have some other feedback

you are right! But similarity kills the uniqueness of the product you want to offer. do one thing consider changing the placement of the options like the home tab and other sections place it vertically on the left side or something like that. minute changes can change the gameplay
