A little delivery detail that ruined my Bombay Duck dinner…
So I was craving Bombay Duck and decided to order it through the Licious app. I specifically selected a delivery slot between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. today—because that’s exactly when I needed it
We have been so used to getting items delivered under 10 mins such that we also tend to order meat and fish just before cooking but these apps fail to do that which kinda ruins the customer experience.
