I am learning Japanese since 2021 and I have been thinking of starting education page for indians and guide them, teach them, provide value and many more. My strategy is to build 10k followers on Instagram within 30 days. Drive my audience to discord server. (idk if it's good to convert into broadcast community cuz the value I can provide there is not much) I'll provide value on discord as I plan to and give my audience a platform to network and help each other as well. On discord I'll give them early free tutor sessions to build testimonials and then I'll launch paid 1-on-1 sessions, group sessions and bootcamps. As I move forward I'll keep adding people with skills to my team and delegate work. I have different strategy for YouTube where I will upload once per week but give value there as well and drive audience to discord. Soon I've something big in my mind that I'll do but I don't think sharing in public is good idea for now. (Will do after 1 month) let's see how it goes.
