Startup idea 001 I am planning this startup since my graduation the startup name is "Helping Hands" the startup vision is to provide job to Unskilled labour, worker who doesn't have formal education and it is hard to find job in this digital age. My target audience is very narrow but have huge potential, The "Helping Hands" is my dream to give employment to those people. My competition is different Agency who hire people on the basis of qualification but I don't know How to start this project. Please give me your suggestion and your valuable feedback.

Yes their is some gap in the market but the main problem is that job scam and mostly blue colour jobs are based on daily payment work so you need to organise people who give that type of employment then automatically people will come who wants employment.

I think your Target audience is very large if we consider rate of unemployment in India. But the point is, how will you make them employable?
