Great question. See, platforms like Zolo and Homeversity are doing great work—but my idea takes a slightly different approach. First, we’re focusing on a two-way feedback system—where not just tenants rate the flats or landlords, but landlords can also rate tenants. It’s similar to how Airbnb works. This builds trust and creates a better ecosystem for both sides. I haven't seen this implemented seriously on Zolo or Homeversity. Second, we’re integrating tiffin services that feel like ghar ka khana—not just hostel mess food. A proper, app-based system where users can subscribe or pause meals as needed. That emotional and daily value-add is missing on those platforms.
