The biggest fault is in our education system, in clgs they teach us that attendance is important, regularly attend all the lectures and all... I'm not saying this is wrong but They should also be told to improve their self-development and communication skills, etc.... During clg period, students sare assignment complete krne mai lage rathe hai, attendance puri krni hai, fir practicals and all... And after completing their college jab interview k liye jaate hai tb interviewer puchta hai aapko aata kya hai? Are bhai jab aadmi ne apni communication skills hi develop nai ki vo kaise face krega??

The whole process is streamlined. And standard. People who move out of these standard norms generally succeed. I think neither the government is going to change laws overnight, nor companies will call you up to join them. We have to do something extraordinary ofcourse in our own capacity but yeah
