Procrastination – Delaying tasks thinking there’s still time. 4. Distractions – Getting diverted by phones, social media, or surroundings. 5. Lack of flexibility – Not adjusting the timetable when unexpected things happen. 6. No habit or consistency – Not making it a daily habit, so it doesn’t stick. 7. Overplanning – Filling every minute with tasks, leaving no buffer time. 8. No accountability – No one to check or remind, so it's easy to ignore.
