We all make timetables at some point, but we rarely follow them. What are the reasons for not being able to stick to them? 1. Unrealistic planning – Setting goals that are too ambitious or tight, making them hard to achieve. 2. Lack of motivation – Not feeling driven enough to stick to the schedule. 3. Procrastination – Delaying tasks thinking there’s still time. 4. Distractions – Getting diverted by phones, social media, or surroundings. 5. Lack of flexibility – Not adjusting the timetable when unexpected things happen. 6. No habit or consistency – Not making it a daily habit, so it doesn’t stick. 7. Overplanning – Filling every minute with tasks, leaving no buffer time. 8. No accountability – No one to check or remind, so it's easy to ignore.
