With 65% of India living in rural/semi-urban areas, the app addresses the digital literacy gap and simplifies access to e-governance. Revenue comes from per-service commission, agent subscriptions, and B2G/B2B partnerships. Digital Mitra aims to be the “Digital Bridge for Bharat,” ensuring no citizen is left behind in the digital revolution.
