It connects users with verified local agents who help them apply for Aadhaar, PAN, certificates, and exam forms with ease. The User App allows citizens to request services, upload documents, and chat with agents, while the Agent App enables trained service providers to manage requests, fill forms, and earn transparently. Key features include AI-powered document guidance, chat-based interaction, biometric security, auto-fill, and AES-256 encrypted storage. With 65% of India living in rural/semi-urban areas, the app addresses the digital literacy gap and simplifies access to e-governance. Revenue comes from per-service commission, agent subscriptions, and B2G/B2B partnerships. Digital Mitra aims to be the “Digital Bridge for Bharat,” ensuring no citizen is left behind in the digital revolution.
