well what you are saying is right. Rather than positioning it like reits, I would position it like a different market, maybe like how dream 11 created a new market. Moreover reits are not very clear and transparent. Also through this app we can let people to invest starting from 1000 rs. Yes, the regulations are more, but if tackled correctly, there is a new market for this, because many have atleast funds like 2000 or 3000 which are idle, so people can invest that here. what do you think?

buddy it's not about positioning you can't make it your own concept and decide your own terms it's matter of money and public interest involved sebi have made special regulations for reits and it has every feature you are thinking to provide whatever you try you have to get registered as reit and get listed then only you can run this legally the only thing is there is lesser awareness and less transparency but if you look at their point of you they disclose as much they can they disclose about property portfolios subsidiaries so in my opinion it's legally not possible to replicate the same kind of investment route without being registered however your movie and other content financing idea was good
