My only suggestion is as you are young and ready to learn better focus on an unsolved problem where you may learn and grow than solved but not implemented one. The reason it's not implemented in rural is not because they can't do it, but just because it won't makes sense to build that much infrastructure just for very less market. As you anyway want to root for rural market I can suggest one view point. I have observed limitation of B2B suppliers for local shops from wholesalers in city. This market no one tapped yet which you work in B2B mode than B2C so less complications, More learning on distribution network.
