bro, quitting shows your weakness. stay and find other job. moreover toxic environments can be anywhere, you need to be absorb toxicity. you already know how toxic people in your office are. you already know how that would react. when you know what's going to happen already, just relax and watch things happen. just be vitness of toxicity happening. don't be involved emotionally. i know attacks can be personal on you but it's upto you to take it personally or don't bother about it because you already know, your screaming won't make a difference. keep your head cool, let others plot, keep your work and profile clean. and keep searching for another job. PS: i don't belive you don't have job offer. this simply means you are in your comfort zone and haven't tried hard. take a week off, find jobs, apply, give interviews...
