Bhai, in 2025, we should be eliminating queues—not reinventing them. Your model creates an indirect queue that doesn’t solve the real problem; it just shifts the waiting to someone else. If the actual person can sit nearby and work, they could just as easily do that while in the queue themselves. You're not saving time—just outsourcing it with no real efficiency gain. Calling it “indirect pay” doesn’t change the fact that time is still being wasted. The real question isn’t how to manage queues—it’s why they still exist in the first place.

Good But 200-400 seems a bit lot. My suggestion is put a base price of 100-200 and and it can increase after 30 min or 1 hour like that.

review-> I can pay the same amount to the person who is standing way ahead in line and he may let me come in front of him in most cases. Also in queues with ticketing system i will have to physically come to the venue to check if the queue is long enough to hire a person. you can give the idea to gpt and it will tell you the possible flaws and its impact . this implies everyone can't afford it, only them who's time is money. may take months to get profits (in early stage of expenses may burden the company) just modify this model a bit may boost this company revenues.

This will not solve the problem of long queues, you are just replacing the person in the queue with someone else. I suggest you look at the core peoblem of long queues and work on integrating the queues with online solutions like a checkin app where anyone can get in the queue (online) and get a notification as their position is approaching closer. This will remove the dependency of the second person.
