Product-market fit is the ONLY thing that matters. I've seen countless startups with brilliant teams and impressive tech fail because they built something nobody wanted. Meanwhile, some average founders with mediocre tech but perfect timing and market fit raise $50M+ Series A rounds. Focus relentlessly on solving a real, painful problem for a specific customer segment willing to pay. Everything else is a distraction.
