That means having a website that works, a presence on platforms like Instagram or WhatsApp, and a simple way for people to buy your stuff. It doesnāt need to be fancy or anything, just clear, simple, accessible, and active. You want to show up where your customers are already scrolling. Keep Up with Consumer Shifts This space changes fastest of all the segments. People care more about whatās in their products, how theyāre packaged, and where they come from. Trends like eco-friendly packaging, locally sourced ingredients, and wellness-focused options arenāt just buzzwords (for the consumers) ā theyāre what people are actually buying.
