Good question, Greg. Most bots out there are actually AI automations—predefined flows that can’t go beyond what they’re scripted to do. What I’m building are AI agents—they understand context, follow brand-specific behavior, and make decisions on the fly. They don’t just respond—they reason. That’s a big difference, and it’s what makes this truly next-level.
