3. Speak slowly & pause I used to speak like a bullet train 🚆 No one understands me, and I’d end up repeating myself. Now I speak slower, take pauses, and let the opposite person absorb my words. It builds clarity and authority. 4. Remove filler & hedging words Words like um, like, maybe, I think, etc, make you sound unsure and unclear. Replace them with silence or strong words like clearly, definitely, or absolutely. Confidence comes from certainty. 5. Mind your posture & eye contact Your body speaks before your words do. Would you trust someone who slouches, avoids eye contact, and looks distracted? Exactly. Look sharp, sit straight, and stay present.
