Theyāve become the default. While India rich in talent, poor in opportunity has become a launchpad. You take off, but never land back. And the irony? Weāre still calling them āforeign returnsā as if theyāll come back. But they wonāt. Because they had to go somewhere their ambition was welcome. Until India builds a system that values skill over surname, and creativity over clearance, weāll keep raising the worldās brightest, only to gift them to other nations.
