Brother If you're planning to enter the shoe business in India, start by choosing a specific type of shoe or target customer—for example, affordable shoes, stylish shoes, or eco-friendly shoes. You Study what other successful brands are doing and learn from them. Make sure your shoes are good in quality and look attractive, because people care about both. Start selling online to reach more people and use social media to promote your brand. And also Try to get materials and make your shoes locally to save costs and support the "Make in India" idea. Before spending a lot, test your product by selling a small batch and getting customer feedback.
