India is now standing close to China and the USA in the field of quantum mechanics. While we may have fallen behind in AI, we are making significant strides here. IBM and TCS have launched India’s largest quantum computer in Andhra Pradesh, often referred to as the Quantum Valley Tech Park. This will provide essential infrastructure to develop advanced quantum algorithms and practical applications aimed at solving major national and industry-specific challenges. Just a few days ago, a Bengaluru-based quantum mechanics startup, QpaiAi, also launched their own quantum computer.
