Woaah, man! This is a separate post in itself 😂 So, cultural integration was a big part for this to work and then scaling through QSR did the rest. I agree that we don't have a scalable outlets, but I also think a deeper challenge is how Indian food is perceived, maybe it's too complex or just occasional for them. And we don't have the deep cultural ties with the west in the first place, although there's significant indian population over there. Let's see, if someone is able to finally crack the code and make indian cuisine global, I really hope it does.
