I don't think this is worth the effort for a few reasons. 1. Teenagers are the worst audience to sell something with tight pockets. which teenager goes to restaurant to hang out? 2. And people who work at tea stalls might not be as inclined to work with software no matter how simple. besides once people discover 2 or 3 Good places, what keeps them on the platform? clearly they'll leave and One person discovers a good venue, they recommend it to their friend, not your app. so essentially your app becomes obsolete. 3. Filtration is good for high intent actions but how high is your intent when you just wanna hang out for a tea or samosa. Too much choice makes it hard for users actually. I sincerely think you're on to something definitely not worth doing. it's much more likely you'll make more money by setting up a tea stall in prime location than an app like this. No offence my maybe not so humble opinion
