Start small and extract learnings. Prepare a basic google form and typeform. After each session, ask your clients for a quick 2-min feedback. What did they like? How valuable did they find this session? How likely are they to book another session? What aspect of the entire experience could be improved? An ideation board, different platform, timings, etc. and most importantly How much would they be Willing to pay for each session? Would they rather pay a monthly fee per session? Once you find the right patterns in it and you should have your answers after you see a particular pattern or commonalities in user responses. Now you know the right monetization strategy. Build systems accordingly to make it scalable and sustainable. All the best!
