If your academy keeps a child for 3–4 years, that means your service works. The issue isn’t quality—it’s awareness. More people just need to know about you. Use social proof. Share how kids grow with you on Insta—videos, pics, real stories. It builds trust with parents. Make content showing what parents expect from places like yours. Let them see the experience or progress they want . If kids don’t stay that long, maybe the experience for them or their parents needs a fix. If you want 4–10 year retention, build a progress system—levels, tasks, milestones. It keeps kids excited and supports their growth. That’s all I could think of. You’re doing great work—way better than kids stuck on phones. Also, maybe show the effects of screen addiction vs. physical play. Could be powerful content. Hope this helps!😊😁👍
