Recently, ChatGPT recommended me to read Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. The book feels like having a quiet conversation with someone who has seen it all and still chooses calmness over chaos. Every page made me think a little deeper about how I deal with my own emotions and challenges. It also changed the way I understood stoicism. A lot of us think stoicism means being cold or emotionless but it actually means feeling everything fully and still choosing clarity over reaction. It is about seeing life as it is and staying steady when things around you are uncertain. If you are someone who is building something, chasing goals or simply figuring life out, Meditations will not just motivate you. It will stay with you.
