A lot of us think stoicism means being cold or emotionless but it actually means feeling everything fully and still choosing clarity over reaction. It is about seeing life as it is and staying steady when things around you are uncertain. If you are someone who is building something, chasing goals or simply figuring life out, Meditations will not just motivate you. It will stay with you.
