Please help me in incorporating my startup as legal entity. Guys, I've completed MVP and chosen company name and type. I went through startup india portal but it needs PAN for entity etc. Then I went through MCA website and got lost in too much forms

Tbh, if you value your time, just pay ₹5k–₹8k to a CA or online service (IndiaFilings, VakilSearch). DIY is cool but it’ll drain weeks of energy you should use building your startup.
